Dominion approached us after acquiring two established companies and doubling their workforce. Many of the new staff didn’t know the company’s vision. We performed a customer audit and discovered the main reason people liked Dominion — its customer service! We spent the next few years developing a fully integrated brand identity around this key insight. We shot portraits of Dominion employees, the familiar faces that voters see each election. We captured them in their hometowns, at work. Putting customers first. Not a bad way to run a business.
